- Ensure your pet is healthy, vaccinated, and safe to be around our carers

- Communicate any schedule changes as early as possible
- Pay for services in accordance with our pricing and payment terms
4. Booking and Cancellation
4.1 Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee service. A booking is confirmed only when we have acknowledged it and, where applicable, received any required deposit.
4.2 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged up to 50% of the service fee. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.
4.3 Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where we believe there is a risk to our staff, your pet, or others.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process. Prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to change without notice, though confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Our Insurance
osmosis-learning maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our services. Details of our coverage can be provided upon request.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pets in our care, we cannot be held liable for:
- Pre-existing health conditions or injuries
- Behavioural issues not disclosed to us
- Injuries resulting from your pet's own actions
- Loss or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
6.3 Your Liability
You are responsible for any damage or injury caused by your pet to our staff, their property, or third parties during the provision of services.
7. Health and Emergency Care
By engaging our services, you authorise us to:
- Seek emergency veterinary care for your pet if necessary
- Contact your designated emergency contacts
- Make decisions regarding urgent care if you cannot be reached
You agree to reimburse any reasonable veterinary expenses incurred as a result of emergency care.
