For regular services like dog walking, 48 hours notice is usually sufficient. For holiday boarding or overnight sitting, we recommend booking at least one week ahead, especially during busy periods like school holidays.
What happens during the initial consultation?
We visit your home to meet your pet, learn about their routines, discuss any health concerns, and answer your questions. This helps us match you with the most suitable carer and ensures a smooth first visit.
Can you accommodate pets with special needs?
Yes, many of our carers have experience with elderly pets, those requiring medication, or animals with behavioural challenges. Please mention specific needs when making your enquiry so we can pair you appropriately.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Last-minute cancellations may incur a 50% fee. We understand emergencies happen and handle these on a case-by-case basis.
